We begin with a comfortable drive to the village of Škrip, a charming stone settlement rich in history. Here you’ll visit the Olive Oil Museum, located in a former 19th-century oil mill run by the same local family for generations.
Enjoy a guided tour of the museum, where you’ll see original stone presses, wooden barrels, and traditional tools once used to produce olive oil the old-fashioned way. Learn about the centuries-old tradition of olive cultivation on Brač and how it has shaped the island’s culture and cuisine.
